Comments about Berroco Borealis:
I bought the Grindvik for a man's scarf. The yarn was an excellent weight for the project, soft and easy to work with. What really sets it apart, however, is the sheen of the silver fibers. I'm more than pleased with the final result and am definitely coming back for more colors.
PS I was a little hesitant about ordering this yarn because of the comment on the dyes staining the hands, but I didn't encounter that problem.

Comments about Berroco Borealis:
Used it for a very simple cowl. You don't have to do anything just knit one piece of a round shape and you get beautiful results. Used the Skogar color and it has those shimmering silver in it. Love it. It's also great to wear because it comes out so soft.

Comments about Berroco Borealis:
This yarn is absolutely gorgeous. It looks as though jewels are shimmering throughout the skein. I was able to get a gauge of 12st x 16r with US 11 needles. I am back for more!
Comments about Berroco Borealis:
Amazing colors, consistent quality. Knits up very fast and looks gorgeous, especially in stockinette (hats, sweaters would be great in this yarn). I bought the Vogar, and did not have the staining problem mentioned in the previous review. This yarn is listed as "Bulky" but heavy worsted knitters may find it isn't quite as thick as they anticipated.
Comments about Berroco Borealis:
bought the Grindvik color - black comes off on your hands. hope it rinses out.
