Service and delivery comments:
Your prices are great..however, your response and delivery time need improvement. 4 days to process an order is not satisfactory. I placed the same order with another online retailer and received a responae within 2 hours that my order was processed and received my items 2 days later. It took you 4 days to even acknowlegde that I placed an order on both purchases. I probably wont place an order again unless I cant find that item elsewhere.
