    Comments about Plymouth Yarn Juli:

Very soft yarn, knits up quickly.
The weave of the yarn is woven loosely, it could snag. I would recommend a tightly knitted pattern. I made a cowl, and the next time would try a scarf. Would not make a sweater, because it may snag.

        Comments about Plymouth Yarn Juli:

I have not made anything yet with this yarn but I am planning on making a scarf for myself. I love the color of the yarn which is described as denim but I think it is more of an ocean blue. The small sparkles that are scattered along the strands are subtle and lovely. I can't wait to start knitting with this product.

        Comments about Plymouth Yarn Juli:

This yarn knitted up beautifully. It is very light when knitted but the sparkles in it really add another dimension to it. Our granddaughter LOVED the poncho and hat! The only real con I can add is that it does snag pretty easily but it is also easily fixed.

          Comments about Plymouth Yarn Juli:

I have been using this yarn to make the Plymouth Dotted Swiss Cowl for my nieces. It is a soft warm blend with just enough sparkle that a teenager or even a young woman or a mature woman like myself would love wearing the cowl. And the cowl pattern is an interesting, fun quick knit. I like this yarn so much that I am ordering more. My only negative, out of the 16 skeins I have received two had breaks in them that had been tied together. Since the yarn is perfect for a Russian Join it was more of a what the heck than a pain. If there was a way to I pictures of one of the cowls made with this yarn so everyone can see how beautiful it is!

            Comments about Plymouth Yarn Juli:

This yarn was suggested to me at a local yarn store to make the Dotted Swiss Cowl. I bought 4 balls and made a couple of cowls that I gifted to people. Love the cowl and this yarn so I decided to make it for my nieces for Christmas. My LYS had run out of the yarn and will not be getting any more in...Webs is selling it for half the price so I have been buying it up. This is a wonderful yarn for knitting And the sparkle in it adds a touch of glamour to any project. I just wish they had more colors...however I highly recommend the beautiful soft pink, the denim, the green (which the picture doesn't do justice to) and the Rust (love this color). Anyway, buy this yarn with confidence that you are getting a great yarn.

              Comments about Plymouth Yarn Juli:

I used a garter stitch for the boarder and a straight stitch for the body to make a baby blanket. The baby blanket looked fashionable yet warm and cuddly. I am really happy I purchased this yarn. It looks better in person.

                  Comments about Plymouth Yarn Juli:

I used less than 1 ball to knit a simple lace cowl. While the "sparkles" look like they might be hard, like little rhinestones, they are really just part of the fabric and glide through the hands and over the needles with no problem. Definitely soft enough to be worn next to the skin. The hints of silver made for a rather elegant looking cowl. I was so pleased that I ordered more in different colorways.
