I used this yarn because it was called for in the pattern, which was for a short-sleeved sweater. It looked lovely in the picture, but as it worked up it was a little too wooly, thick and itchy for the sweater.

Twice now, I have purchased this yarn and used it to make 2 baby sweaters and a baby hat. It is incredible--soft, springy, with a slight halo. It is one of my all-time favorite yarns and absolutely worth the price. I cannot think of anything that would make it better, the slight color changes in the dye are subtle and lovely--just wonderful!
