I was drawn to this yarn because of the colors and that did not disappoint me. However, if you are not careful it splits easily. This was the first time I've worked with mercerized cotton so I don't know if it that comes with all mercerized fibers or just this one.

Love this yarn. I have not knit with cotton for a while. I am knitting Chleuh sweater pattern from Verena Magazine --Spring 2011. It is working up beautifully. Using Charcoal main color and indigo blue(kinda navy), cornflower(bright beautiful color) and linen white for fair isle part of pattern. This yarn is not stiff or dry like some cottons. Very easy to work with. I will buy more.
