Wonderful for weaving

By Toft Cottage Weavery

from Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia

I have woven two shawls ( 30 inches by 76) and this fiber is a amazingly easy to weave with and has the strength to be a warp.

Joy to work with

By Abby Bees

from Arlington, Virginia

I really enjoyed the feel of this yarn while working with it. I loved the sheen and the softness. I made two different sets of baby booties with it. The yarn has a little bit of a halo, and it also has small bits of roughness from different material in the yarn. If doing ribbing with the yarn, I'd recommend knitting through the back loop because otherwise the alpaca causes the ribbing to be very loose.
