Comments about Juniper Moon Farm Findley:
I have made several Christening blankets, scarves, and shawls from this yarn. They all came out amazing. They are so soft and light to the touch. The items washed well in a lingerie bag on hand wash on my front load washer on cold with special detergent. The stitch definition of the lace was wonderful.

Comments about Juniper Moon Farm Findley:
I used Findley to make the "Ripen" shawlette by Meghan Jackson. Absolutely a dream to work with. It's smooth, no knots, deliciously soft, and the finished project looks exactly right. Color is deeply saturated and perfectly consistent. Stands up to blocking and frogging.
This is a yarn to use for that special gift or occasion, but it's reasonably priced enough that you should treat yourself as well. The high skein price is misleading--this yardage is plenty for a large shawl, and you can do a sweater with 3-4 balls.
Comments about Juniper Moon Farm Findley:
This yarn is great for laced projects. It is soft and shiny, and very pleasant to work with. The only complaint I have is that the Byzantine color is not as bright as pictured on this website. It is a little lighter. Still good enough, but I was hoping to get the same color as displayed here. I would recommend visiting Findley's website and double checking the colors there before you buy here. The color shades on Findley's website are exactly the same, versus this website does not always have exact color shades displayed.
Service and delivery comments:

Comments about Juniper Moon Farm Findley:
This heaven to knit. It is soft but incredibly strong and glides smoothly on the needles. It has a silky sheen with a very slight halo. It is one of the best quality lace yarns I've ever knit and the shawl I made feels absolutely divine.
Comments about Juniper Moon Farm Findley:
When you first hold the ball of yarn, it feels deliciously soft and squishy. And then you start knitting with it. This yarn is a-may-zing. Soft, sleek and knits up in lace projects fabulously. It handles being vigorously blocked with no problems, and can stand being ripped out multiple times (good advice: knitting and watching Doctor Who = not paying attention to the lace chart). I've already got my eye on some more!
