I ordered this sight unseen in baby blue for a blanket I'm knitting. When I got it I was AMAZED at how wonderful it is. It is a breeze to knit with, is so surreally squishy and soft, and does not twist, pill or halo while knitting. Now that it's being discontinued (sob!) I'm buying up as much as I can as my budget allows! ;) Don't hesitate on this one.
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Buying this on-line, I was a bit concerned about texture. It is absolutely beautiful to work with. I made a sweater with it and love how it feels against my skin. Now I want it in every colour! I lucked out on being able to buy on a Steve's Deal of the Day, so am hoping for another win-fall to be able to stock up when it's on sale.
