I ordered this yarn to make a cowl for spring. It is soft and has the cotton feel to it and you can not tell that there is wool in it. I love the brightness of the coral color. I did not have the shedding problem that the other reviewer had and I knitted and reknitted the same skein several times (I make my own patterns). It would be great for baby items! I would have given this product 5 stars but it is listed as a worsted weight and it's more along the lines of a sport or fingerling.
