    Comments about Valley Yarns Sheffield:

I love this soft cushy yarn. It knits up easily, looks smooth and the colors are rich. I made a cardigan that I can actually wear with just a tank underneith and not one itch - just warmth and sily softness.
Cons: Yes, it pills - but I have yet to meet an Angora who doesn't. I also had one unfortunate ball that had four knots in it which nearly gave me a corinary only because I thought I might be short the main color, but in the end I had a whole 8" left:-)

    Comments about Valley Yarns Sheffield:

Really beautiful yarn, excellent value for money, and very soft. Even nicer in person. BUT a package of ten had one or more knots in EVERY 120-yard ball, which is really not acceptable. I'd recommend it marginally, but this is something that needs to be fixed to make this a perfect yarn.

      Comments about Valley Yarns Sheffield:

From the start liked using this yarn! I am knitting a baby blanket for my great-nephew in the color blue. It is a lovely color of blue, close to "seafoam" but still a good blue for a blanket that I hope will be considered an heirloom. Great stitch defnintion. I think it would make lovely garments as well. If I have any left I will use it for a knitted cap.

I just love this yarn, it is soft & cuddly, wonderful stitch definition, nice halo but doesn't shed. I love any yarn with angora, this is a yarn angora lovers MUST have....or any knitter who loves soft yarn.
          The colors are also beautiful.

          Comments about Valley Yarns Sheffield:

This yarn is a wonderful mix of luxury component fibres that give it softness, elasticity, a low sheen and a lovely soft halo. Great value for money. I am very impressed with Valley Yarns. Unavailable in Australia, thank goodness for the internet!!

          nice, very soft basic yarn

          By Anonymous

          from Undisclosed

          Comments about Valley Yarns Sheffield:

For having silk in the blend it is not as drapey as I expected, but it is very soft, tightly wound - bouncy yarn great for cables and patterned stitches. Very good basic all around yarn nice to touch and easy to knit with, no splitting and rips out well too.

          Wonderful

          By Anonymous

          from Undisclosed

          Comments about Valley Yarns Sheffield:

This yarn is wonderful. It's extremely cushy, and knits up beautifully on size 8 (5.00 mm) needles. I made a pullover from this, and it feels like a warm hug whenever I wear it. One note of caution: 15% agora might not sound like much, but after a little wear, it does shed significantly. Not recommended for anything that will get much abrasion. Wonderful and 5-star-worthy nonetheless.

          so nice!

          Comments about Valley Yarns Sheffield:

I used this yarn to knit vintage capelet with lace detail, and it turned out beautifully! especially after blocking. I'm only giving it 4 stars because in 4/4 skeins, there was one knot. every time i came to the middle, it was like clockwork and there would be a knot.. oh well.. I still love this yarn!
