Pros
- Gorgeous color
- Looks feels expensive
- Perfect weight
- Very Soft Luxurious Feel
Cons
Best Uses
- Any And Everything Bulky
I knit this yarn into a hooded cowl. It can be worn bunched around the neck, or pulled up into a hood for colder weather. I made 11 of these and gave them as gifts. Everyone loved them. I used various yarns for 10 of them, but my favorite yarn was this orange yarn. It felt warm and looked very expensive. It was a true winner!
Pros
- Fuzzy
- Soft
- Sturdy
Cons
- Not Natural Fiber
Best Uses
- Scarves
- Soft Sweaters
I'm making a sweater from the Tahki pattern book for this yarn--several years old (the pattern), but still stylish with an asymmetrical hem. The yarn works well for this project and I'd use it again for another fluffy-style sweater or scarf.
Pros
- Warm rich-looking
Cons
Best Uses
- Scarves shawls bags
A chenille-type, fuzzy, lofty, warm and very soft yarn (because it has alpaca in it) that creates attention-getting acccessories, such as scarves, shawls and bags. It's a bulky yarn in its thickness but not in its weight, so it's lovely, light and warm to wear. It comes in scrumptious colors that all seem to go together if you're making a multi-colored item. Unfortunately, Filatura di Crosa has discontinued this yarn, so snatch it up wherever you can find it!
