This is the first lace yarn that has enough substance that I can tolerate knitting, and I look forward to the lovely color changes, which also helps to get the project done faster. I tend to abandon projects if I get bored, but Friea never bores me! The sport weight is also a great product and is a bit more versatile. All great stuff!!!

The yarn is crisp and strong and dyed beautifully. It's a joy to knit. I think it would be perfect for a beginning lace knitter as the weight is not too fine and it's easy to pick up an accidentally dropped stitch.
