I bought this to knit the wingspan shawl for a friend who is allergic to wool. The only challenge is that the web picture was NOT representative of the skein. The surprise however turned out to be a good one. It is a great yarn for short rows. I liked it so much that I ordered more in a different color for my own shawl.

The yarn knits nicely but has a tendency to unravel, particularly when using it for sewing. Some of the balls of yarn had black oily marks throughout the ball, presumeably from the winding machinery that DO NOT wash out. I love the color combination and the variation in the changes. I made a cardigan that everyone compliments me on.

I used this to learn entrelac and bought it on sale so I actually thought the price was fabby. I've only made a scarf I haven't yet washed so can't speak to anything else but I love cotton and this everything that it advertising -- a good quality comfortable yarn that is an easy knit.

This is the best yarn I have ever used. It is machine washable, tumble-dry-able while keeping all the stitches definition intact. Good for tropical weather where the fabric knitted using this yarn do "breath" like cotton fabric! I will definitely buy this yarn again. But the price is bit steep.
