I love this yarn! Texture-wise, it's somewhere between cotton and bamboo...more bamboo, I would say; it has a nice drape, very breathable and light, a little bit of sheen (but not too shiny), not stiff or scratchy at all. Perfect for summer knitting. Personally, I found the yarn to be the perfect amount of stretch; it's nothing like cotton or those other inelastic fibers. Yeah, the yarn can split a little; I knitted with my very smooth Addi Turbo needles (4.5 mm, US 7) and had zero problems with splitting. My knitting came out great. I would definitely buy this yarn again. Happy knitting, y'all!

This is a very nice yarn when worked. However it has zero stretch and tends to split easily if you are not careful. I made a baby sweater with it on size US 10's. Overall, I liked it, but I would use it for something else on smaller needles in the future.
