Love this yarn
from Princeton NJ
I love this yarn. It is very soft and knits easily. I have made several projects with it and it was a pleasure to work with. I completely disagree with the comments above.
My recommendation is if you are not certain: Buy 2 skeins and check it out. You will love it and you will buy more.

Absolutely the worst!
By Kitty Chick

This is by far one of the worst yarns I have ever purchased. Unfortunately, it was the first time I've ever tried the Noro line. I'm sorry to say that I will probably never buy their product again. The twist on this yarn is awful. I have tried everything to get the twist out with no success. I expected so much better from accompany everyone raves about. Now I have a bunch of skeins I can do nothing with. I crochet, so maybe that has something to do with it. I don't know.

Beautiful end product, but twists terribly
from Pasadena, CA
I loved the end product, but it was a pain in the *** to use. It twists badly, and I ended up having to untwist the skeins by winding a ball of yarn, and wrapping a rubber band around the ball and letting the ball hang free to untwist itself. I did that for the entire skein, for every skein. Even then, I still had to do untwisting during the knitting process. But the preparation of untwisting did make the knitting go much faster. If you do this, be sure to not untwist too much, or the yarn will break off. (You'll learn by experience what is too much.)
The other problem is that when there were yarn joins (knots), Noro did not make an effort to join up colors that matched. So, I ended up having to wind the balls of yarn with a long tail hanging out from the beginning of the ball (the inside), so that I could match up the yarn for continuity of color.
The yarn is super soft, and has an interesting texture of thick and thin, along with the beautiful colors, and long color changes. I'm going to make a second sweater in a different colorway, so I guess it wasn't too painful to use. The end product is well-worth the effort.

A beautiful yarn I found trying to knit sweaters for summer. Blocks well, and you can unravel it with no problem. Really love the yarn, would like to see neutrals colorway and some without common brown shade in most offerings.
