The goggles! They do nothing!

I worked a pair of socks in the Neon Ocean for a friend. It resembles the "team colors" of a corporate sports franchise she loves. She was so thrilled that she wears her socks with hiking sandals (not uncommon here in the soggy PNW) to tailgate parties for this franchise's events and other fans "go absolutely ape" over them.
The yarn is the typical Regia sockenwolle I prize so highly--sturdy, nice to work with in knit OR crochet, fluffs up considerably after a first/second washing, wears like iron, great colors.
But this one I wouldn't buy again...working with it just about blinded me. :D (Hence the Rainier Wolfcastle quote as my title.) Younger eyes will love it, though, and I love Regia's products. So I give it a five-star rating anyway.

I ordered all 6 colors. Photos do not do justice to the vivid colors. I have knitted 2 pairs of socks as of now. It is just as advertised, hard wearing, hard working sock yarn. Not the softest, but great for kids, husbands and friends who might not take special care of hand knitted things. If not for the 'special yarns' out there, I would have given it 5 stars. This is really a good yarn for the purpose.
