- Soft
- Stitch definition
Cons
- Wrong Weight
Best Uses
- Lace

This yarn is just beautiful. I used it to make two of the same infinity scarf as gifts. I used a size 7 circular and it worked up fine because I needed a lightweight, loose definition. To create a more solid fabric, you'd really need a 4. Perhaps smaller. This yarn is simply not a sport weight, it is a fingering weight. As long as that's okay for your intended project, you will adore this gorgeous stuff.

This yarn is very pretty, but it is a light fingering weight yarn, NOT a sport weight. I bought this to make Susie's reading mitts, and there is no way this yarn will work.
Pros
- Blocked Beautifully
- Feather light
- Good stitch definition
- Warm
- Wonderful drape
Cons
Best Uses

I made a lace shawl with size 10 1/2 needles which I thought might give me some problems, but it knit up beautifully with great stitch definition. I would definitely recommend this yarn and I will use it again, but it is more fingering weight than sport.
Pros
- Beautiful texture
- Great stitch definition
- Soft
Cons
Best Uses
- Knit With Cables
- Mittens
- Shawls
I was looking for a yarn similar in weight to Madelinetosh merino light DK, but in plain colors. I just started knitting the Glam Shells shawl and the stitch definition is absolutely fabulous. The angora gives it a nice and soft touch without making it fuzzy.
I am surprised by the comment saying that this yarn is not a DK. I am knitting the shawl with a size 4 circular needle and I get a 6 st. per inch gauge.
I will definitely stock up on this yarn!
Pros
- Super soft
Cons
Best Uses
This is really great yarn, super soft and nice colors. BUT, it is definitely not Sport weight as indicated in the description. On Ravelry (unfortunately I didn't look there before I ordered it) lists it as Light fingering and I think that is right on, as it is thinner than a few sock yarns that I own and compared it to.
