Comments about Plymouth Yarn Mushishi:

I made a 'wrap with a twist' with very open faggoting stitch. I am pleased with the result. Of the four colors I have used I like the red best.

Completely love the changes in color and the surprising little slubs of silk. Makes even row after row of stockinette stitch bearable! The swatch blocked up nicely and much softer than I expected. I can't wait to wear my finished sweater.

          Comments about Plymouth Yarn Mushishi:

I use it to make wonderful cowls that can be simple because the yarn does the rest. Cast on 170 stitches on a size 8 circular needle , knit 3 rows, purl three rows until desired width. Voila!
A great cowl that feels great against your neck.
I own several and they make great gifts.

              Comments about Plymouth Yarn Mushishi:

I made a poncho which allowed the color changes to really show off. The finished item is very warm and I get lots of compliments on the poncho and separately on the yarn.

              Service and delivery comments:

My delivery was faster than anticipated which worked wonderfully because I'd run out of yarn to finish my project. The dye lots, although different, blended well. The cost was very reasonable. I'll definitely use this site again.

                Comments about Plymouth Yarn Mushishi:

Used this yarn for a sweater. Knit up with some speed, a bit weighty, but good for truly cold weather wares. Soft and knit without splitting or causing any problems. Also color was vibrant, but not overly bright/garish. Frogs easily (just in case).

                  Comments about Plymouth Yarn Mushishi:

I used this incredible yarn to knit the Plymouth Basketweave Throw (one of the related patterns) as a wedding gift for a friend's daughter. I wanted the throw larger than shown in the pattern and increased the dimensions to 46 x 60, requiring 5 hanks. From the minute I opened the box and saw that beautiful yarn, I was completely in love with it. The purples, greens and golds transitioned beautifully from one to the next and the flecks of white gave it great dimension.

Needless to say, the finished product was stunning and difficult to part with.

A wonderful yarn to knit! The generous yardage is wonderful, too -- fewer ends to weave in.
