Very odd texture to this yarn, if I didn't know from the label that there was a hefty amount of acrylic in it I would have thought it was felted. It was tough to knit, hard on the hands but... ended up being a pretty nice sweater. I soaked the garment in wool wash and it is now soft and supple.
