Comments about Berroco Seduce:
This yarn knit quickly considering its weight. The color is rich, the texture is lovely and though the ball band says "hand wash", I had no problems machine washing it in a lingerie bag. I knit my sweater on size 7 needles. This results in a sweater that requires a camisole, but that was my intention. The yarn is somewhat slippery so putting the balled yarn in a small plastic bag while knitting it kept the yarn from knotting as it drew from the ball. I bought 10 more balls of Seduce in a different color way and am contemplating my next project.

Comments about Berroco Seduce:
The combination of fibers, wrapped, with color variations, sheens of different strengths, wear resistance, absorbency, softness with washing, control during garment creation, ease of joining in new yarn, stitch definition for so thin a yard, thickness variation along a predictable width, color saturation variation, ease of winding into balls that don't collapse into tangled messes, great color selections to blend or mix within the product group, as well as with other fibers...mohair in particular...made this product sing in my hands. No negatives to report...which is rare. I knit and design for bodybuilders and muscular big men who have trouble buying off the rack. This fiber is great and always gets compliments.

Comments about Berroco Seduce:
I just used this yarn for the Sprout Chains Shawlette in Crochet So Fine. A perfect yarn for this project that needs the weight for drape. I agree with management of this yarn - slippery enough to create a tangled mess. Well worth it. The subdued sparkle is perfect for night.
Comments about Berroco Seduce:
This is not your usual yarn. I even hesitate to call it that, as it's more of a wrapped cord. But don't let that concern you. It's great to work with, never splits and the resulting garment or accessory has wonderful drape and a cool feel. You may wish to keep a somewhat loose gauge. I primarily crochet with Seduce to great effect. It's easy to work with if you contain the ball. I've tried both ways, ie a tightly hand rolled ball and and a snug machine wound "bun". Both work, both require either keeping the yarn in a mesh "bra" or in a container. It's a small price to pay for such a great looking, easy to knit or crochet yarn.
Comments about Berroco Seduce:
This unusual yarn of silk, linen, rayon is a sort of soft wrapped cord. It has great drape, coupled with a slick look. It's great for knitting and crochet, but needs some special handling... ie, keep the ball contained or it will spill into an unruly tangle. I find that wood or bamboo hooks and needles work best and I use a soft net wrapper around the yarn ball. The resulting fabric is worth the little extra effort. Seduce is ideal for luxuriously cool feeling warm weather projects, or imaginative accessories. I've used it for crochet lace and a drapey summer top. Hand wash, dry flat to re-shape.
