I was asked to crochet a dog coat/sweater for large doberman pincher. The first requirement was that the coat should be warm, and second, that it look "tough". (This is no little sissy dog.) The yarn was great for both requirements. I liked the heavier weight of this yarn, and the mohair blend made it softer than plain old scratchy wool. The yarn is really thick though, and pulls apart easily, so a larger hook worked better. Silly me didn't buy enough yarn the first time, so the dye lots were slightly different, but that's a rookie mistake and shouldn't be a reflection on the yarn itself.

I made luxurious pillows with this and they came out amazing! The yarn comes wound in a skein similar to craft store yarn, which made me think it might be poor quality. Boy was I wrong! It is soft, luxe, well dyed and beautiful. I'm not sure why it is so I expensive compared to similar yarns in its class, but I am definitely going to be using it again.

While the product itself is great,the photos here are terrible. Webs photos do not come close to the color that actually showed up. I went on other sites to check if it is the manufacturer or Webs,it's Webs. Very disappointing.

Made a load of warm hats for family. Knits fast, colors are great..everyone loved them. I have used previously for felted hats and mittens and it felts easily and makes an even warmer garment. For one felted hat I added a strand of mohair and came out beautifully, nice and fuzzy. Highly recommend this fiber.

still a great yarn with great stitch definiton! I live in a moderate climate so decided to make a lace st. pattern cardigan with this and it looks great! (almost a cabled look but with a little ventilation). Would do this with the worsted weight as well.

This was great for a lap robe. Easy and swift with which to work. I double knit with a thin, multi-color Pimaclassico for a lively but simple appearance for a practical product. Soft, easy to use, a smart, even elegant, finish. no problems.
