i bought this yarn at a shop in California 10 years ago. I was so happy to see it still available here. I am making a new scarf to replace the 10 year old one I lost, plus another for my adult son. it makes the softest scarves in the world and the color is lovely. i get so many compliments.

Making a poncho and it's knitting up beautifully. Like other fuzzy yarns, it sticks to itself when unraveling but not impossibly. It's going to be incredibly warm. Lovely color.

Comments about Plymouth Yarn Baby Alpaca Brush:

I used this and size 13 needles to knit a 7' by 7' chuppah (canopy for jewish wedding ceremony). Although the piece was large it was very light weight, lacy and airy. The only downsides are that the yarn is not cheap and it is also very fuzzy, so if you have to go back and fix a mistake, the stitches are inclined to stick together a bit. But I would recommend this yarn because it is high quality. Can't see the acrylic binder at all.
