I knit a beret with the Verdigris color--green wool and copper mesh. Really very coppery, even metallic. Beautiful sheen, picks up the light and is a real WOW.
But I"m concerned about durability. It's a gift, so I probably won't get to hear if it doesn't wear well. However,in just knitting it with fairly loose tension the wool has broken through the nylon mesh in numerous spots. I like how it looks, since I am using a green yarn the same color for CC, but I'm concerned the second wash and actual wearing will cause the copper mesh to shred and pull. Really gorgeous though.

The end product was wonderful with a wonderful sheen. It snags a little on dry fingers or uneven finger nails. I just had to become used to it. I never liked pink but the pink in this product is delightful with a slight metalic look . Great stitch memory. It was fun to knit with it.

The colour and texture of this yarn are marvelous. I haven't finishes my sweater, but the fabric looks perfect for a party/fashion type sweater, not a kicking around garment, with nice drape and a great texture that can't be captured in photos, it changes in the light. It's smooth, slightly synthetic surface feel complements the cushy wool inside. I love the orange with green wrap colour which seems to be unavailable now.
