I made a crescent shaped lace shawl with two skeins. Looks beautiful. Feels soft and cozy, but can be warn in all but the warmest weather. This yarn knit easily and quickly. I used Alpine Grey which has a hint of lavender in it. Very pretty. Despite the guard hairs and alpaca, halo is minimal.

You might think this is an exaggeration. I spent more time plucking than knitting. It is a beautiful sweater but unless you have lots of time and patience, get another yarn

there are a lot of guard hairs! otherwise, lightly softer than your average cotton.
