I don't usually buy wool but I love the colors on this, and it's not really scratchy. I wouldn't want to wear it as a sweater, but it's great for mittens and hats.

I was attracted by the beautiful colors of this yarn. I made a knitted cap and a crocheted pouch with it, as well as using some of it to knit a long rope on a "Knitting Nellie" as I planned a children's knitting workshop. In all cases it was wonderful to work with and knitted up beautifully. I would recommend this yarn highly.

This yarn knits up beautifully, and it feels so soft! It's spongy and has a very good memory--I loved knitting with it. The tonal variations are slight but dramatic (in a good way).
