Love this!

Using this for Featherweight Cardigan for my daughter. The color is great and the yarn is super soft. Just right for carrying in a bag in WDW for chilly air conditioning!

Comments about Debbie Bliss Rialto Lace:

Have used this yarn for a warm shawl that, while very warm, has no weight to it - perfect for year round use. The softness of the finished garment is so luxurious that everyone who has handled it wants to wrap themselves up in it - and not give it back.
Have also used it to make a scarf as a gift and I don't think the recipient has taken it off since receiving it.

I use this product to weave on a floor loom. I used it as both a warp and weft and it is wonderful! Light weight, soft, weaves up beautifully. This is one of my favorite yarns. It weaves so effortlessly. I highly recommend this yarn. I have no complaints.

Comments about Debbie Bliss Rialto Lace:

THis was the yarn suggested by the Debbie Bliss pattern book. Not finished yet but so far it looks lovely. Color is not what the pattern book showed though that's not so surprising. What is surprising is that it's a bit slow going because the yarn splits easily and is so fine and fragile that you really can't knit fast.

Comments about Debbie Bliss Rialto Lace:

This yarn works so nicely and is beautiful but I was disappointed to find a knot in 2 of the 4 skeins I have used for lace beaded scarves. That is distressing as lace knitting has few places to hide joins. Also there were wisps of fiber lightly connected to the main strand that had to be removed when knitting.

I used the yarn to weave a shawl. It made for a fantastic warp and weft. The weaving was easy and quick. Wonderful!! The end result weight is light and lovely! Take care when warping as it can spring back on itself an knot when setting up on the loom. I used a floor loom. Will be purchasing more!!!

I am using this to make a baby blanket/shawl. There were a couple of knots in the first skein, but none in the second on this project. There are spots in the yarn were it is extra thick making fuzzy nubs. This is okay for a baby blanket but would detract if the pattern were used for a shawl. The color (willow) is lovely.

Comments about Debbie Bliss Rialto Lace:

Used to make a lace shrug. Very soft hand, and I love that it is washable.
Seems to hold the blocking very well.
Problems: Small unspun areas that I twisted myself. One skein came with a knot, rather than a splice. You can't spit splice this because it is superwash, but there are other splicing techniques and they should have been used, ESP as this is laceweight, and, depending on the lace pattern, a knot can be very challenging to hide!
