Generally speaking I find OnLine sock yarns to be good value, with beautiful and numerous color choices, and this wasn't a disappointment either. The Alpaka line is extremely delicate, a 48 stitch sock makes a sock big enough for a child about 7 years of age, for an adult you should perhaps cast on at least 72, if not more. This time the recipients were extremely happy with the lusciously soft feel of the wool which will still warm your toes as good sock yarn should.
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
