Yarn amounts for Birgitta pattern in this book appear to be wrong. If Fine Tweed has 98 yards per skein, there is no way you can knit an entire cardigan using only 3 skeins of the two main colors for a small, much less 4 and 5 for a large. That's not even enough for a scarf!
