I ordered this in the natural darkest brown color, and it is a little lighter in person. However, it is so, so soft. The yarn has had no weird joins, and is super strong and very stretchy.
My only caveat is that is is a "thinner" worsted. The thickness does alter slightly, but not enough to negatively affect stitch definition. There is a light haze around the hat I am making--very light and pleasing. I could pet this hat all day. I love the natural color and feel, and unlike other dyed yarns, this does not hurt my eyes while knitting (dyes seem to make my eyes hurt), nor does it have any stinky dyed smell.
I was using this to knit my father a hat--in a "plain" manly color, but when I try it on for sizing, I am in love with the natural warm color myself. I think I might get more of this super lovely, warm, soft yarn to make myself a shawl. It's cozy, and one imagines feeling very warm and romantic and old-fashioned in such a garment.

I used this yarn to knit a hat for my outdoorsy daughter. The yarn is soft and warm, slightly fuzzy, and just plain nice to work with. I will definitely use this yarn again.
Because it's undyed, there are natural variations in the fibers that result in a lovely, slight self-striping effect.
