Comments about Plymouth Yarn Mushishi:
I used this incredible yarn to knit the Plymouth Basketweave Throw (one of the related patterns) as a wedding gift for a friend's daughter. I wanted the throw larger than shown in the pattern and increased the dimensions to 46 x 60, requiring 5 hanks. From the minute I opened the box and saw that beautiful yarn, I was completely in love with it. The purples, greens and golds transitioned beautifully from one to the next and the flecks of white gave it great dimension.
Needless to say, the finished product was stunning and difficult to part with.

A wonderful yarn to knit! The generous yardage is wonderful, too -- fewer ends to weave in.

Comments about Plymouth Yarn Mushishi:
A friend of mine was making this beautiful short-row sweater with this yarn, but I wasn't thrilled with the tweedy white specks in the original color ways. But recently, they came out with these two new color ways that don't have those white specks - one purple and one red. I got four skeins in the purple and it's absolutely gorgeous stuff. The texture is amazing and the color is amazing.

Comments about Plymouth Yarn Mushishi:
I have bought this yarn as a gift but I like it enough to buy more for my own use. Although it is not the softest, it does not scratch or itch and has a slight halo which I find appealing. A little too expensive to buy for every day use but worth the investment for something special.

Comments about Plymouth Yarn Mushishi:
I used this beautiful yarn to knit the Kimono sweater which will make a fall jacket for me to wear once or twice and then my daughter has already requested that it be a gift to her. It is comfortable, soft, versatile and it was great fun to knit. I would use a shawl pin to close it, but my daughter prefers to wear it swinging open.

Comments about Plymouth Yarn Mushishi:
I make knitted, felted hats. It is always lovely and dependable. Sometimes, though, the chunks of silk are too big and need to be stripped down.

Comments about Plymouth Yarn Mushishi:
I used larged needles and added a bit of TT Rock Star for an incredible heavy stole. The yardage was stupendous (1.5 skeins). Although pricey, this is a beauty to knit, and even the simplest stitch is fun because of the subtle color shifts. Just beautiful stuff. Don't hesitate.
