A low-slung belt that ties with a D ring emphasizes the relaxed cool of this pullover. Christa Giles designed a hood that buttons into the collar for convertibility. It can be worn as a loose hood, as a lapped-over cowl, or as a more fitted lapped-over hood.
Size: 35½ (39, 42½, 46¼, 49¾, 53¼)" bust; shown in size 39"
Yarn: Valley Yarns Goshen #07 ginger, 16 (18, 20, 23, 26, 29) balls
Gauge: 18 sts and 28 rnds = 4" in St st; 18 sts and 32 rows = 4" in openwork patt
Needles: Size 7 (4.5 mm): 16" and 24" circular needle and double-pointed
Other Materials: Markers, Stitch holders, Yarn needle, 2 D rings size 1½", Two ½" buttons
