Skacel addi Lace Click Long Tips
The addi Lace Click Long Tips system provides 8 pairs of addi Lace Long tips (US 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11) along with 3 different lengths of the new extremely pliable blue lifeline cords (24", 32", and 40"), 1 Click connector, and a gold addi heart pin. This set introduces lifeline cords, which lets you safely unravel your knitting piece only to a specific row without the threat of losing stitches. The addi lifeline lets you easily insert a thread that is simple to remove when your project is done.
The Click tips require no tools to change; simply insert the cord deep into the tip, twist and release. The tips will remain secure until you change them, thanks to the Click’s revolutionary locking mechanism! Tips measure 5" long.
*The addi Lace Clicks - Long Tips are fully interchangeable with the original addi Lace Click, Turbo Click and Natura Click cords and connectors. Keep in mind that due to their longer length, they will not produce a working needle with the 16" and 20" cords - all other cords and tips will work with all four sets.

These were a gift to myself and I love them. I like to knit fast and my hands appreciate that there is no resistance with these smooth needles. I can knit for longer periods of time without my hands stiffening up.

I am using both short lace and long lace circular(size 8 US) needles together to knit in the round on fingerless mitts. I love how smoothly I can knit with these needles. The cords are nice and flexible. I would like to see an addition to the kits of a set of the smaller needle sizes, 1-2-3. Even a set of regular circular needles 1-2-3 would be nice. Also, stoppers included in the click sets, would be a big help, because gift giving pops up and you need the needles that are in use. Addy keep up the great work. Thanks WEBS for your great service. I will use this product for any weight yarn, but I wanted this set for the long needle followed by a great long point at the end of that needle. I love the way the connection between needle and the cord as so very secure. Nothing is worse than losing e stitches on a beautiful shawl, only to go back rows to a life line or worsse the beginning! It will take a little while to get used to to the longer needle on fine weight yarns, but it is worht while. The feel of the needle is light and easy to control.
I'll enjoy this set for years to come.

I use my lace needles for fingering and lace weight yarn or when the pattern has complicated stitches. I was excited about the lifeline cables until I realized that I cannot use markers with them. I love the longer tips. I still use my short ones for sleeves and baby items.

I have long wondered if the Addi Click system worked better than the "screw-on" types. It does! It is so easy to connect the needles to the cable. It does not loosen as with the other type so you don't have to keep tightening the join. The join is also smoother and the yarn slides more easily over it. I can't say enough good about the Addi Click! This particular set is a new one and as I love lace knitting I am really enjoying how the longer tips make lace knitting easier.

This was a Valentine gift from my husband...I only note this because it came in such a lovely appropriate pink case.
I have found that the long bead stringing material which comes with a firm tip which can easily be used to install on the lifeline. It would be nice to have a few of those on hand.
