Ordered them by accident, and love them. The square bottom edge leaves a beautiful little space under each stitch that makes all this increases & decreases to much easier! Nice pointy tips also help!

I have wrist tendonitis and it's quite painful but I tried using the square needles and they didn't give me grief like other DPN's. I flew through rows, finished my projects much quicker, and the stitches were nice and even and I LOVED the points...nice when working on decreased sections. Now Kollage needs to come up with DPN sets and interchangeable circulars/sets...I would get those in a flash!

These have the sharpest points of any needles in my collection. I bought them for three reasons: the added inch in length, because I was afraid a wood 2 mm pair might break, and because they were said to be easier on your hands. I haven't found as comfortable as wood needles of the same shape.

I truly thought these needles would just be a gimic. I tried them, and find them a pleasure to work with. Stitches are even, they are comfortable in the hand, and they warm up nicely. Yarn doesn't split nearly as much with these needles. I think the only improvement would be to offer them in wood, although without trying wooden "square" needles, I cannot tell for sure. A solid thumbs up for this product.

The fact that the needles are square doesn't seem to make much difference, although they are very comfortable. The fact that they are so lightweight took a little getting used to. But now I love them. I also love that the size of the needle is printed right on the needles. No more guessing and sticking them threw one of those holed sizers.

Thought these needles would just be another gadget. Oh, was I wrong. Wish I would have tried these sooner. Am ordering some other sizes. Only wish they were a little cheaper. I need quite a few sets cause always have three or four pairs of socks going at once. The stitches stay on and they're light weight while the stitches slide easily and don't catch like on bamboo.

I was hesitant to try these metal needles because of problems with my hands. I had been using all wood and bamboo needles. I needn't have worried. These are my new favorite sock needles. They feel great in my hands, don't roll off tables and hold my stitches even when I get down to those last dastardly few in the toes (or first dastardly few, depending on which direction I'm going!). Try them - you'll like them!
