I've recently learned how to knit socks and have really enjoyed the process, end product and the quick results. I tried the square needles for their grip and conformity but found the stitches were noticeably smaller and they were no easier to maneuver. The discount aluminum needles were rough and dull so Dreamz was the next option. I enjoyed them more than the others for their 'feel' and weight. The idea of them being organic is a 'feel good' plus! Made in America.

When this line first came out it was great. However, over time and many more purchases they have many defects. Very rough.....holes.....etc.

I found the points to be the best feature, the finnish is perfect , not slippery just enough grab.I have replaced most of my DP and long needles with dreamz needles. Being coloured coded is a bonus

I bought these needles because I needed larger sizes to complete a pair of mittens. Although I use circular needles and dp's interchangeably, sometimes it's better to work with the dp's because of the circumference of the project.

These DPNs are pretty great for the price. I've ordered a few different sizes (mm). The bigger sizes (mm)are quite sturdy and great quality. The smaller, thinner ones can splinter. My US size 1 DPNs splintered (only one) after only knitting a few rounds. I smoothed and am okay, but that can be aggravating. Still I would buy more because the overall quality is apparent.
