Knitter's Pride Basix Fixed Circular Needles 24"
Knitter's Pride Basix Fixed Circular Needles are both lightweight and strong with a smooth, polished finish and perfect birch wood points. These needles are ideal for knitting with many types of yarn, but the large sizes make them particularly well-suited to today's popular chunky yarns. The flexible cables attach to the needles with a smooth join that ensures easy stitch glide without snagging. The needles are also available in 32", 40" and 47" lengths.

The needles do their job but they need some smoothing with sandpaper. I liked them but wish they had a smoother joint.

I was using the needles to knit a rug using fabric remnants and the cable broke after about 2 hours of use and the tips were also rough and snagged the fiber.

I just received these in US 50 in the mail today to discover that there were rough patches on the wooden part of the needles and the glue holding the metal and wood together is visible and makes the join not smooth.
