I wish I had tried these earlier. I would not have boughten anything else. These needles are worth every penny and if you break it down by pair it comes to the same as buying an inferior pair of needles. I highly recommend this needle set.and by the way I am a new knitter and I would not use anything else now but these needles!

Love the flexibility of having a good set of needles available for any kind of project, and when I can, I plan to purchase a second set since I most often use two circulars for socks and sleeves, and I have multiple WIPs going at the same time using the same size needles (I should start finishing some...). The needles are smooth but not too slippery, and easy on my hands (I sometimes struggle with the drag of bamboo needles, except for the slipperiest of yarns.)

This is my second interchangeable knitting needle set, and they are amazing! I bought the Trendz set a couple of months ago as my introduction to interchangeables. I exchanged them for the Nova set and am very pleased.

One of the things that impressed me with the Nova interchangeables was how suprising lightweight they are; even the 11s are amazingly light. The tips have just the right amount of sharpness. Until recently most of my knitting had been done on straight needles, but since getting my Nova interchangeables I've been knitting even my flat projects on them. They warm up quickly in my hands, so my initial concern over cold needles was unfounded. It's wonderful to have every size I need in a compact portable case. (I made a custom case, although the one that comes with the needles would work quite well.)

I have never had any trouble with the cables coming loose. I always tighten the cable with the key, and when I am ready to change tips or store the needles they are still tight enough that I can only take them apart using the key.

I'm currently knitting skirts with a baby sport yarn and ruffle yarn, and these needles are perfect: smooth, sharp, and flexible. I also used them to finish up a sweater for my husband in a worsted weight, and had both sizes of needles that I needed at my fingertips.

This was a wonderful investment. I would recommend them to anyone who is considering purchasing interchangeables.

I find this product to be really useful to my knitting. The cables don't kink or try to force the needle to turn a certain way. I don't have to constantly fight the cables. As soon as I received the set I checked to make sure all cables and needles worked and fitted. No problems were found. I have found, as others have mentioned, that over time the needles will unscrew a bit from the cable. As such I recommend checking ever so often to make sure everything is screwed on tight. My only true complaint is Knitter's Pride does not seem to offer needle tips going to the very small sizes, 1 or 2 USA sized needles.

These are my first interchangeable needles and I love them. I am currently knitting an infinity scarf in a soft wool and it seems to be knittibg up really fast. I am used to a polished surface and having my yarn sliding easily on the needles. These are a dream. Would definitely buy again and recommend.

I used the needles to knit a top down sweater. The different cable lengths let me change as the knitting got larger and the longer cable (60"), allowed me to try it on as I progressed. I am very satisfied with this product and would recommend it to anyone who likes to knit or is beginning to knit. Being able to switch needles sizes and cable lengths gives you an almost limitless range of options.

I'm a casual knitter, but decided I needed to replace the awful ever-bending store-bought cables I had.

Needle quality is excellent and the accessories are plentiful for the price. The plastic case is cheap but that isn't an issue for me and it does keep everything together neatly.

The cables occasionally work their way loose from the needle but that may be because I didn't dare apply too much pressure when tightening; in any case it's not a big problem to keep an eye on them as you work.

The major downside for me is that there aren't quite enough cables and there's no cable extender piece, which would have been a great bonus.
