I use two Addi circs when making anything in a tube too small to fit on one circ, such as socks or sleeves or one circ if the project is big enough. Yarn flows effortlessly along the length, with no snags at the join between needle points and the connecting cable. Truly a pleasure to use.

I have been using these needles to knit baby sweaters and blankets with both cotton and wool yarns. I find that I can knit more quickly with these needles. The stitches glide easily, making both lace and cable knitting more relaxing. Stitches never get caught on these very smooth needles. These are the only circular needles I want to use now.

I teach knitting at the local library. I highly recommend that my students buy the best quality of everything that they can afford, so as to add to their knitting pleasure. If they can only afford one Addi Circular, I find patterns for them to use their size needles on, so they can keep practicing and honing their craft, until they can afford the next size set.

These are well constructed, easy to use circular needles that can be used both for knitting in the round and for straight knitting when you need to have a lot of stitches remain on the needle such as when knitting afghans and blankets.

Addi knitting needles are wonderful for knitters that knit too tightly. The needles slip so easily over the yarn that you tend to automatically lose the stress and start knitting more loosely..so "it's a good thing"
