These needles make it easy to grab the correct size by the color coding of each set -- when you are in a hurry, its great to grab the "green" and know for sure you have the #9 or blue for #11. Great concept!! I even gave an extra set of needles to a friend wanting to learn to knit!!

I love these needles. I recently purchased a pair on a whim while in Maine (and having forgotten the needles I needed) and fell in love. They have an every-so-slightly more tapered point and they are SMOOTH. I am a fan of colonial needles and birch needles, but I'm gradually going to shift over to dreamz for everything.

The needles are beautiful and light weight so less stress on arms. The size 11 needles had a splintered spot that kept catching the yarn. I lightly sanded it and put some clear nail polish over the area.
