Knit One Crochet Too Seda Rustica

Knit One Crochet Too Seda Rustica is an uncommon blend of delicious, drapey silk and downy-soft baby llama. This worsted weight yarn has a nubbly texture with some shine to it. Seda Rustica is woolen-spun: the fibers are carded before spinning, so they fluff up a bit in the strand. This makes for lots of loft, warmer garments, and also a bit of fuzzy texture. Truly one of a kind, Seda Rustica is sumptuously soft. Made in Argentina.

Best Uses

Comments about Knit One Crochet Too Seda Rustica:

True to its name, it has a great rustic feel, like raw silk. However, it has no resilience and would require a special pattern, perhaps a light jacket using double stranded or combined with another resilient yarn for a scarf. I found it too wimpy for a scarf single stranded. When I finished my scarf project and was tying off, the remaining yarn simply came apart as I gave it a gentle tug. This would not be good for a fringe on a scarf, as people tend to 'play' with fringes.
