Malabrigo Twist is a fabulously soft, plied, worsted weight yarn. You love Malabrigo for the softness and stunning colors, and now it's available in a plied version. You must feel and knit with this incredible yarn!
Please note: Malabrigo Twist is produced in dye lots of 10. Any order for more than 10 skeins will be of mixed dye lots.

Wonderful for a soft oversize sweater. Cabling is a delight without a cable needle. Has more stitch definition than regular malabrigo, and NO PILLING!

This yarn knitted into shawls beautifully. I love the texture, colors, and weight. However, I had to knit off two skeins at once since there was so much variance in color even in the same dye lot. I was vexed by snarled and twisted skeins as I tried to wind them. It is wonderful yarn, and I loved using it, but those two factors, especially the knotty skeins, taxed my patience on this project.

The colors and feel of this yarn are great and it crochets/knits up very quickly. I would suggest, however, that you use this yarn wisely as it is much better suited for certain projects. I made a pair of hand warmers out of it and the yarn is now so fuzzy and pilled that I do not want to wear them anymore. I would recommend this yarn for projects that wont get a lot of wear and tear.

I made a sweater for someone else out of Twist two years ago, and loved the feel of it so much that I was determined to make one for myself out of it as well. I also like their color palate and the variations in color due to the hand-dying.
The one downside is that I can see that the sweater I made two years ago does pill easily. But there are ways to manage that, and on balance I love the way this looks and feels so much that it's worth it.
