The Tuscan Leaves Hat is a beret designed in three sizes, from child to Adult Large. Worked in the round from the bottom up this hat uses knits, purls, and simple lace to create a field of leaves and vines that decrease into the center top. This would be a great pattern for a first-time lace knitter, but is interesting enough for those with more experience.

Finished Measurements: 18 (20, 22)” circumference
Yarn Requirements: About 175 yards worsted weight yarn. The green hat in the photo is made of Malabrigo Worsted and the brown one out of madelinetosh Eyre.
Needles:
- US Size 6 16” circular needles
- US Size 7 16” circular needles
- US Size 7 dpns
Gauge: 4.5 sts = 1” before blocking
