Materials:
- 4 oz Imperial Yarn, Columbia (100% wool) in main color (MC); 5 yards (4.58 m) contrast color (CC). Shown in 25 Kingfisher Blue with 16 Wild Strawberry.
- US size 8 (5mm) 20” circular
- Set of dpn in same size
- Tapestry needle
- Stitch markers
Gauge: 20 sts = 4” (10 cm).

Made this for my son for Christmas. Unusual hat pattern was appealing. Checked YouTube for easier method of doing the short rows. Similar to the hats in the beginning scenes of the new movie "Les Miserables!" I would add another 1-2 inches in length for a good fit over the head.
