GREAT yarn for felting. Adds a nice, thicker, textured area when felting bags.
That's all I've used it for so far but I'm sure it's great for other purposes.
It's not quite as soft as I'd like but that doesn't matter when felting.

This yarn was beautiful and chunky and I had intended it for a sweater, but the texture is pretty rough and the person the sweater was intended for said there was no way they could wear that yarn close to their skin. However, it seems very durable so anything that does not touch skin would be great.

I made up two four skein scarves in the bright blue. Many compliments from strangers and my sister-in-law literally swiped one right off my neck. Very warm, light weight and great color. I ordered more before they ran out.

Designed some new hat patterns with this yarn one of which was to be felted. The yarn felts but not enough and leaves gaps when done. However, the color is so great and the texture inspiring, it's a winning yarn at my studio.

I'm so sad that Artful Yarns is no longer. They offered so many unique textured yarns of a truly high quality. Circus was perfect for the cowls I made for Christmas. I could knit one during a single TV show and they looked so luxurious and fancy. Everyone loved them.

The wool feel might be offputting to some and would probably not be good in a scarf. I haven't washed it yet but as 100% wool (a bit of synthetic core) it should be fine. Incredibly colors.
