Classic Elite Yarns Summer Set
Classic Elite Summer Set's combination of fibers is just plain great. It’s the perfect weight for cool evenings or even cold ones. The fabric is soft yet sturdy.
With cotton firmly rooted in the vegetable world and alpaca squarely landed in the animal kingdom, you would think they wouldn’t blend together particularly well. But these two quite different fibers combine to form a very strong couple—and a great all-season knitting yarn. Cotton is very happy to keep you cool by carrying heat away from your body, while the hollow core of alpaca holds air to keep you warm on chilly nights. Though both fibers take dyes well, it is the wonderful luster of alpaca that assures there is never a dull moment with Summer Set.
Added to the mix of cotton and alpaca is a bit of lyocel. Lyocel is the generic name for Tencel.

Made a stockinette/lace elbow sleeve cardi out of the color "canteloupe" and I just love it! Soft, lovely yarn, saturated color which steam blocked beautifully. Warmer than I thought it would be so will be worn well into fall. I would definitely buy this again!

Got the Arctic Peach color (sold out looks like). Made me a bit sniffly, but hasn't seemed to be permanent. Great stitch definition - "old school" crispness. Blocked really well. Noticed a tiny bit of shedding when being blocked, but it wiped right off with no effect on the stitches. Color didn't change either. Bit heavy so use it for summer stuff. Wouldn't use it for kids because of the allergy potential.
