One cold winter day last year my friend Sasha was wearing a lovely close-fitting cowl that she had knit. It looked so elegant, yet at the same time functional and cozy, we thought it would be nice to include one in our collection…so we designed the Sasha Cowl. More of a neckwarmer than a cowl, it knits up very quickly with bulky yarn on large needles. Knit in the round, Sasha starts and ends with a bit of simple garter stitch. The easy lace pattern in the center reminds us of Gothic arches.
