Try it on its own or with another fiber to create an array of interesting color combinations and textures. $1.50 per cone charge for wind-off service. I and customers love this tencel to weave and knit with. The hand it has is almost like silk. I own a small weaving and knitting yarn shop and my customers keep me reordering this yarn.

I use this 8/2 tencel often to weave scarves & shawls that I sell. It's an absolutely beautiful yarn. All my projects come out with beautiful drape & sheen. I've also dyed the white/natural and it takes fiber reactive dyes wonderfully.

I weave scarves and shawls for sale. In these scarves the weave structure isdifferent twill patterns with the varigated yarn, filling in with some one color strands in the same color family randomly through the warp, using a sectional beam. The sett is 24 EPI which I find gives a wonderful drape and body. I also sometimes combine it with bamboo or cotton as a weft.

Absolutely wonderful. Set at 30 epi for twill, once woven, washed and dried it drapes like silk, shines like silk and is just beautiful! I only want to weave with this yarn!

This is a beautiful yarn to double, or to hold with a strand of silk, when you want to maintain the drape and shininess without doubling your expense (by using 2 strands of silk). Plus you can get some fabulous tweedy effects by using 2 dissimilar colors!

I sett this at 50 epi for plain weave, and get a smooth surface and a great drape.
