Comments about Valley Yarns Noho Variegated:

Best part of this product: for a "flake" yarn, the thickness/thinness is not very much so that I can crochet it without having to change hooks when it gets thicker/thinner. Thickness actually pretty evenly distributed, stays mostly within size 5 thread, goes up to size 3

I have been crocheting and knitting lacy tops to wear over camis, summer shawls and ponchos, and bathing suit covers using this yarn/thread. The colors are terrific and cotton is the best for summer outfits. Plenty of yarn on a cone for several projects.

Comments about Valley Yarns Noho Variegated:

I am a beginning weaver and love the Noho variegated yarn for the warp. I use a complimentary Noho solid for the weft. I focus on the pattern not the mix of color. This makes beautiful scarves and table runners.

Comments about Valley Yarns Noho Variegated:

Got a cone of "mixed berry" to crochet string bags. I've had excellent results with both a 2.75 mm (C-2) and 3.25 mm (D-3) hooks, putting this yarn into the fingering/sport weight range. Please note that with the vibrant colors, color trumps both texture and pattern. On the first bag I made, the only place you can readily discern thickness variation is on the single-crochet handles. Easy enough to crochet, though. I'd now prefer that Valley Cotton 3/2 or 5/2 come in a variagated option and leave solid Noho for textured work.
