Comments about "" Borealis Tweed:
I bought this yarn to be an accent color in an arm knitting project, and it worked great as a bright streak through a dark scarf. Plenty of this yarn was left over and got brioche-knitted along with other leftover bulky yarn into a bonus scarf.
The great things about this yarn are the rich popping color and the sheen. It does have to be balled up from a skein, but it knits smoothly from the ball. It is also quite soft and not scratchy at all.
If you are looking for a wooley yarn, this may feel more synthetic than you'd like, but if your project would benefit from a shot of bulky color (and my skein was a shade darker/richer than the picture), than this can work for you.
