gorgeous color and great to work with
The yarn's outdoorsy feel makes it well suited to the hefty man's Aran pullover I made with it. Excellent stitch definition.
Wonderful product .. knits up beautifully . Only thing the blue I ordered doesn't look like the same color blue in the pictures More like a teal .. disappointing .
This yarn is so delicious to work with! I chose it to make TinCan Knits' ""Urban Hiker"" sweater, and it's gorgeous!
Made a Single Malt pullover for my son. Enjoyed every minute knitting with this yarn. Yarn is rich in color, soft and bouncy. Textured pattern in the sweater really highlights the yarn. Very little change to gauge after wet blocking. Literally soaked the finished sweater, spun out excess water and laid it flat to dry without any pinning. Looks great. I have spent much more per skein for other woolly Aran weight yarns, and Mercado is my favorite to date.
This is the most perfect yarn I have ever used for a cable knit aran sweater. The stitch definition is lovely, and the bosque color is the most lovely dark green with springy undertones.
Making a men's sweater and decided on Mercado based on gauge and color options. Color is as expected. Yarn is squishy in the sweater's stitch pattern and very nice to knit with.
I have not as yet used but the yarn is very beautiful
I haven't used this yarn yet, but it feels absolutely lovely. I'm looking forward to a nice cozy hat.
