I love this yarn for hats, scarves and mittens. It is thick enough to be warm and, for me, easy to work with.
I'm really enjoying knitting with this yarn. The weight is perfect for the cardigan I'm making, and the yarn is great to work with. Beautiful color, and I haven't encountered any knots so far. I usually use Cascade yarns, but this Berroco Vintage chunky is perfect for this pattern. I'm sure I'll be back for more of this brand in the future. As always, WEBS is my go-to yarn shop.
Hats. Lots and lots of hats! And some quick baby blankets. Berocco vintage chunky is washable, soft, has enough wool in it to feel authentic, and has an amazing array of color choices. I try to keep a variety on hand for children and grandchildren when they ask for a new hat.
